Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by chicorbuqi B.V. ("chicorbuqi", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our renovation services, whether through our website, in-person consultations, or project contracts.

Services Description

chicorbuqi provides professional property renovation services including but not limited to kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, complete home renovations, commercial property renovations, interior design consultation, and related construction services within Amsterdam and surrounding areas in North Holland.

All services are subject to separate written contracts that will specify the scope of work, timelines, materials, costs, and other project-specific terms and conditions.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your renovation project
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals before work commences
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site
• Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
• Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect our staff and maintain a professional working relationship

Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by chicorbuqi are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances, changes in scope, or additional work requested by the client.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. A separate written contract will be required for all renovation projects, which will supersede any preliminary quotations or estimates.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, payments are structured as follows:

• Deposit required upon contract signing
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and client approval

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project contract. chicorbuqi reserves the right to suspend work in case of non-payment.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, specifications, and other intellectual property created by chicorbuqi in the course of providing services remain the property of chicorbuqi unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use such materials for the specific project only.

The chicorbuqi name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of chicorbuqi B.V. and may not be used without express written permission.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of chicorbuqi or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Warranties and Guarantees

chicorbuqi provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work performed and materials used.

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by others after project completion.

Limitation of Liability

chicorbuqi's liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if chicorbuqi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Force Majeure

chicorbuqi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified in the individual project contract. Termination procedures, notice requirements, and payment obligations will be detailed in each contract.

chicorbuqi reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of safety requirements, or other material breaches of contract terms.

Upon termination, all amounts due and payable to chicorbuqi shall become immediately due and payable, and all rights and licenses granted to the client shall terminate.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in individual project contracts.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to Terms

chicorbuqi reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For ongoing projects, changes to terms will not affect existing contracts unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These terms of service, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual project contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and chicorbuqi regarding the use of our services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and chicorbuqi.
